Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Note for international orders: We are based in China, so most shipments are international. Delivery time depends on destination country and chosen shipping method.

Shipping Costs
- Free standard shipping on orders over $399 to most countries.
- For orders under $399 or remote areas, shipping costs are calculated based on weight, dimensions, and destination. We will provide a freight quote before final payment.
- Expedited shipping (DHL/FedEx/UPS) is available at additional cost — request a quote at checkout or contact us.
- Freight quotes are valid for 7 days.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the buyer. PetHub is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package on the carrier's website. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.
Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Address changes after dispatch are not guaranteed.
Lost or Damaged Packages
- If your tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received the package, please contact the carrier first, then us within 7 days.
- If your package is damaged in transit, please photograph the package and contents and contact us within 48 hours of delivery for a replacement or refund.
